Budgeting and financial management are essential components to any household. I develop and maintain task schedules for optimal household efficiency as well as organizing of social and family events as well as caring for household's guests and visitors. Staff management: this will involve hiring, training and managing any other household staff members such as a housekeeper, chef, landscaper and nanny. I maintain constant communication with managers, the team as well as vendors to ensure proper operation of the household. I develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols. Attending to all VIP guests. Implementing new contracts/agreements with restaurants , tours , tour guides with in the area for an overall excellent stay at the hotel. I also assist with all bookings regarding tours , restaurants and retail stores. I assist reception , housekeeping as well as F&b when required. I bring a personalized service to our guests.
