IVRICO serves as Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Advisor – Finance, guided by IVRICO’s DNA Insight, Vision, Results, Integrity, Collaboration, and Outcomes. This engagement focuses on elevating design quality and ensuring that every Finance process reflects a true S/4HANA transformation, not just a migration. Partnered with TATUM Technologies to provide SAP transformation guidance, training, and advisory support to their new Business Transformation Team. IVRICO delivered workshops for SAP recruiters, roadmap sessions for leadership, and enablement training to strengthen internal SAP delivery capability. SAP S/4HANA Project Advisor (Contract) – CRH (via IVRICO) Brought in as a strategic contractor to assess and realign key project workstreams that had veered off track. Led initiatives to remediate Finance Security Role design in SAP S/4HANA, and established SOX-compliant controls in partnership with the Business Audit Team, in line with SAP best practices. Acted as a liaison between CRH’s legacy systems and the System Integrator, ensuring alignment for data migration activities. Delivered end-to-end data mapping between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere. Developed process flows detailing “As-Is” and “To-Be” states to support business readiness and transformation execution.
Lead the business transformation journey through a comprehensive and complex SAP S/4HANA implementation, driving process optimization and minimizing operational disruption. Create strategic roadmaps for IT modernization, integrating SAP modules and products across finance and enterprise systems to align technology with business objectives. Spearheaded and managed negotiations for SAP contracts, including On-Prem, HEC, and RISE, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support long-term scalability. Coach teams leveraging S/4HANA’s advanced features to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational agility. I promote end-user adoption of SAP capabilities through tailored training programs, ensuring maximum system utilization, fostering collaboration between IT and business units to align efforts with enterprise objectives, reducing costs for a faster ROI.

Orchestrated the initial planning stages of business transformation strategy during the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, partnering with Accenture as the SI partner and Deloitte. Providing guidance and expertise in process innovation and scalability with S4 HANA. Directed the seamless integration of newly acquired entities (M&A) using SAP Central Finance, optimizing financial operations globally while having a global template in Central Finance. Actively coached finance stakeholders and end users on utilizing S/4HANA’s functionalities to streamline reporting and improve decision-making capabilities using S4HANA. Partnered with key business leaders to drive the strategic alignment of technology and operational goals, unlocking new opportunities for automation, accelerating adoption, and growth while reducing costs for a faster ROI.
