I’m a Venture Capital investor and growth strategist with over 12+ years of hands-on experience across Silicon Valley and Europe. As Principal – Venture Capital at Swiss Post Ventures, I lead investments in early-stage startups that drive long-term innovation in AI, Cyber Security, Agentic Commerce, and beyond. I screen up to 1,000 global startups every year, while building and running corporate venture arms, accelerators, and innovation labs — and supporting dozens of founders from pre-seed to successful scale-up. Previously, I designed and co-led the F10 Fintech Incubator & Accelerator (SIX Group, now Tenity), helped launch multiple innovation programs, and kick-started my VC journey in Silicon Valley. I’m also the founder of Ronner Ventures Ltd, where I provide strategic growth advisory, board participation, and venture partnering to ambitious founders who want to scale faster across Europe and beyond. A regular speaker at conferences on Venture Capital, Corporate Venturing (CVC), international scaling, and securing the right capital, I’ve also lectured at Swiss universities on Venture Capital, Innovation Management, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking. I see two major challenges and equally big opportunities for European tech today: our startups are not scaling fast enough, largely due to structural issues across the continent. Yet Europe has incredibly strong fundamentals and is perfectly positioned to lead. I believe real progress will happen when leading enterprises take the initiative, especially those determined to secure their position at the forefront of key technologies and industries.
