Defined and executed the infrastructure and IT operations strategy for eMobility, establishing both central and regional teams across E.ON’s European footprint. Developed and managed global partnerships with key suppliers, including backend platform providers, payment service providers, hardware vendors, and installation & maintenance partners. Directed supplier performance management and service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
