- Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 instrument specialists (5 Application Specialists and 7 Technical Specialists (10 in Switzerland and 2 in the US) - Project lead for a new training concept (basic, advanced and train the trainer program - Project lead to decrease service costs worldwide - Provide technical and application support worldwide - Organize technical and application training courses internally and abroad - Develop and lead internal technical meetings as well as exchange meetings with service organizations
Specifications for new instruments and software solutions Improvements of existing instrument and software solution Product launch/demonstration on international congresses and VIP-Demos Coordination of activities for a smooth product launch Interface between sales and other internal departments as R&D, production, Regulatory affairs Ensure life cycle of product Marketing survey
Technical support to distributors and affiliates Handling of reported hardware or software problems and tracking until the solution is found Organisation and realisation of technical training's in house and abroad Creation of training material, FAQ's and procedures Close collaboration with R&D and Marketing for improvements
