Ivica is a commercial professional with more than 10 years of international work experience, either directly on site or in connection with site works. His specializations include commercial project and contract management, budget planning and monitoring, cost control and budget reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis, and the preparation of cost estimates. Ivica holds a degree in Business Administration from the HBC University of Applied Science, majoring in Construction & Real Estate.
