Old School is a training agency that develops and delivers training programs in public and business communications, management, and soft skills. Association4You is an EU-funded project that assists Ukrainian government institutions in implementing the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. In my communication role, I developed and managed comprehensive communication strategies, campaigns, event management, and PR initiatives. One notable achievement was the realization of the EUKrayina (EU-UA Country) communication campaign, which was recognized as the most successful campaign by the Ukrainian government in 2020-2021. This campaign involved over 100 state bodies in its execution. I also developed the Government Communication Strategy for European Integration, which serves as the foundation for all official communication activities of the Ukrainian government from 2022 to 2026. Furthermore, in 2022-2024, I developed and delivered a training program on European integration communication for civil employees across various state bodies, in partnership with the National Agency of Civil Service.

One of my proudest achievements in this project was successfully integrating strategic planning practices into the daily operations of the Ministry of Environment. Over the course of the project, I developed five targeted communication strategies covering critical areas, including Waste Management, Climate Change Policy, Eco-Control Reform, Industrial Pollution, and Emergency Responses related to the war’s impact. I also spearheaded efforts to establish a cohesive brand for the Ministry’s ecological reform initiatives. Additional accomplishments included establishing a robust media monitoring system, implementing regular research practices, and developing an anti-crisis response policy. I also created and maintained comprehensive databases to support communication initiatives. The activities extended to the planning and execution of several creative and media projects, with notable partnerships like our collaboration with the design school “Projector.”
