Have actively engaged in or lead capital allocation exercises, M&As, negotiations, on-the-ground business development, transformation agendas for large companies, portfolio management, value creation work, CFO area work-tasks including performance management and reporting, IPOs, carve-outs, integration work, corporate strategy development and execution, corporate restructuring and operational value creation initiatives. Extensive board experience - both from the Board side and from the administration side.
