About

Remove the problems and your team will surprise you. Define clearly the scope and the execution time will surprise you. I like challenging, complicated and difficult situations. With my background, experience and analytical skills I'm able to turn a complicated, stuck and difficult situation in a strong team that achieve its committed goals. I'm able to remove blocks that create inefficiencies and bring my team and my projects and the business to the next level of competitiveness. I’m an experienced engineer working for more than 12 years in the Automotive semiconductor industry and 10 years in the fire and security business. After my MBA I moved to Austria to face new challenges in the semiconductor industry. I’ve worked for big corporations and in very small startup enterprises enjoying the challenge of transforming them into bigger companies. I enjoy the international environment and the challenge of managing large teams and big projects within the company with a strong focus on long-term business success. I especially enjoy the fact that with my personality I can motivate people and try to get the best from the people surrounding me and bring projects, people, teams and finally the business to success. I like change management activities consisting on improving processes, introducing new methodologies mainly focused on results and in changing people mind-sets to bring them to achieve their targeted results. I’m technically familiar on the low power industrial electronics, high voltage power conversion and wide band gap applications, low power radio frequency technologies, low power micro controllers, automotive IC and functional safety requirements and processes. I have a great experience in hardware, software and firmware applications for industrial and automotive electronic devices.
