Digitization Project - BluOps - Conceptualize and develop technically assistant operative system application for plant wide usage. - Undermine the value of digitization based on suitability application across plant. - Gather user requirements, analyze and propose a digitization roadmap and master plan - Process improvement workflow with digital tools and data collection for analysis to support a measurable outcome in operational efficiency, optimization and improved productivity. - Change of management. Manage and deploy through proper engagement with end-users. - Integration with SAP, OSI PI, DCS and other 3rd party system under single platform solution through API, middleware, etc. - Translate data in dynamic reports and analytics overview. - Replicate similar concept across other plants globally. - Translate proposition of digitization benefits into sustainable business model
- Responsible in project managing, system design, programming, pre-testing, factory acceptance test, commissioning. - Provide fully integrated PLC system solution accordance to customer needs. - Lead role working with engineer from GEC (Global Engineer Center) for big scale projects. - Manage contractor for panel assembly, site installation and commissioning services. - Communicate closely with client to ensure project run smoothly and on time delivery.
