I bridge recruiting and tech, and I'm one of the few people on the operations side actually building with AI, not just talking about it. As Lead TA Operations Specialist, I automate the processes most people accept as "just how it works." I'm strong with AI and prompt engineering, and I use them to cut manual work, coordinate tools and initiatives, and make Talent Acquisition operations genuinely efficient. I bring a product mindset to it too, owning rollouts, reviewing what works, and aligning everything with real business needs. Outside the day-to-day, I like to experiment. I've won an internal AI hackathon at EPAM, scored in other AI and delivery competitions, taken on bug bounties, and I'm constantly testing prompt techniques and the limits of how models behave.
