Identify and attract top talent for operational roles.. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners. Collaborate with operational managers to understand workforce requirements and create recruitment plans to address current and future needs. Track and analyze staffing levels, ensuring alignment with operational objectives. Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to support their resourcing needs effectively. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and resourcing strategies to align with business goals. Ensure all candidates meet regulatory and organizational compliance standards, including right-to-work checks, reference verification, and maintaining accurate records. Support the HR team with maintaining up-to-date employee files. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Respond promptly to candidate queries and maintain clear communication. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and vacancy rates. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and channels. Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify and address retention challenges. Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Support HR and operational projects as required. Participate in events such as job fairs, networking sessions, and community engagement initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
