ー Organizer of Hong Kong International Travel Expo ー Responsible for the pre&post event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision ー Coordinate work with cross functional teams, such as Venue Provider, Contractor, Forwarder, Ticketing Supporter, IT Technician, Media, Speaker ー Communicate and negotiate with clients (exhibitors) to understand their marketing objectives and provide suitable exhibit plan as well as maintain relationships with regular exhibitor ー Create action plan, manpower plan, schedule for the con-current events and undertake on-site operation
ー Assistant Producer of 27 shows of drama, 26 shows of talk show; reach nearly 70,000 audiences ー Support in event operation logistics ー Assist in the event marketing and administrative tasks (e.g. ticketing)
ーResponsible for assisting front office operations ーHandle guest's complaints and special requests ーPlan and organize activities with the customers
