The WN Conference is an international business conference for game industry with the content across mobile, PC, console, web, AR and VR. The WN events attract influential game industry professionals and every year more than 5000 visitors attend the conference. Responsibilities: - to build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers based on a deep understanding of their needs; - to establish new partnerships, conduct sales and deals; - to represent our brand at the international industrial conferences; - to explore new markets and engage companies from those markets in our events.
At Nokian Tyres, I was one of two Technical Consultants for the entire Russia and CIS region. I was responsible for resolving complaints from individuals and legal entities; ensuring timely receipt of certificates of conformity for products from the factory; providing technical support for the sales department; being the responsible person in obtaining an act that allowed the company to receive a significant government subsidy and increase sales, and more. Responsibilities: - to work with requests from customers on technical issues, product returns, etc.; - to engage in the prompt settlement of claims from individuals and legal entities from all over Russia and the CIS countries; - to obtaine the expert examination certificate for the Russian origin of the goods from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. This led to receiving a government subsidy of 300 million rubles and an increase in the sales of the consortium. - to interact with certification bodies to issue certificates of conformity for tires (cars, industrial, trucks); - to accompany the sales department on various technical and documentation issues; - to take part in the preparation of training courses on the company's products; - to check the quality of tires (visual inspection, installation / dismantling, drawing up an act of product quality control); - to host online webinars; - to conduct factory tours
I was invited to the company as one of the first sales managers when the project was just launching. I actively participated in shaping the sales processes, scripts, and testing various hypotheses. Eventually, I grew into the role of a team leader managing a group of 5 managers and got new responsibilities - launching new products, adapting and training new employees. Responsibilities: - to manage a team of 5 sales managers. - to sell educational courses in digital marketing through telephone sales. - to set tasks and determined priorities for the team and myself on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. - to analyze calls of the team's managers, identified their weaknesses, and assisted in their development. - to handle sales of new company products (courses).
