Worked on C++ and python-based programs throughout the years in the University. I spent time working at a robotics startup company where I was heavily involved with the ADAM robot, mainly working on both deployment and development of the code used responsible for the movement demonstrated by the robot. I spent time working in the R&D department, focusing on AI, kinematics, and collision detection within the system.
Led a team of 100 associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center to meet daily operational goals. Managed labor planning, workflow organization, and performance tracking for optimal efficiency. Implemented process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors or downtime. Ensured safety standards were met, driving a culture of safety and accountability. Trained, coached, and developed employees to support professional growth and high team performance. Analyzed data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support logistics, inventory, and quality control.
Worked in a flexible role that interacted with robotics used in services such as barista bots and waiter bots. My main role involved in R&D programming, integrating multiple open-source libraries and sdk's for AI pathing.
