Responsible to deliver Train Control scope on QTC for SJ250 project. This scope includes following sub-systems: TCMS, CCTV, PIS, Train Radio, MAR and MCG as well as integration of Signaling System and T2W system Responsible for WP delivery and planing, resource planning, quality and cost. I have managed to improve team organisation and time delivery by streamlining team set up to fit the work split. Increased planning quality by detailed planning of workpackages for both internal work scope as well as supplier deliverable. Task allocation to all team members (+70) and regular follow up. Regular reporting to Management that includes progress monitoring over KPI Scope, Change and Risk Management constantly seeking for opportunities to i.prove processes, team set up and cost
