I've always been fascinated by how people grow: how they make decisions, navigate change, learn new things, and sometimes rediscover parts of themselves they had lost sight of. Professionally, I work in Talent Acquisition, supporting hiring and leadership conversations across technical and operational environments. Over the years, I've become especially interested in the human side of professional life: communication, cognitive diversity, motivation, potential, and the conditions that help people do meaningful work while remaining deeply human. Alongside my corporate work, I'm currently training in transformative coaching. What fascinates me most is the intersection between learning, reflection, personality, creativity, and human development. I am particularly drawn to conversations that help people think more clearly, reconnect with curiosity, expand their sense of possibility, and grow into more authentic and sustainable versions of themselves. I naturally gravitate toward interdisciplinary thinking and love connecting worlds that do not always speak to one another: business and psychology, systems and humanity, analytics and storytelling, culture and professional development. Outside of work, I am endlessly curious about books, learning science, languages, sociology, culture, and the small details that shape how we experience the world.
