Inframan is an Agentic Cloud Management platform that automates DevOps functions within an organization. It handles everything from enabling deployments, managing infrastructure, scaling applications, to autonomously detecting and repairing production issues.
1. Identified key customer pain points by analyzing calls from 20+ customers and suggested 12 feature enhancements 2. Created an SOP for support escalation to improve client request handling time, suggesting a 3-level priority system 3. Collaborated with the product team to translate customer feedback into 7 feature enhancements
1. Worked on subdivision Upbyte where we made Minimum Viable Products for startups and small software for businesses. 2. Frontend responsibilities included managing client requests and enhancing products through collaborative teamwork. 3. Assisted in finalizing UI/UX designs according to client specifications and feasibility. 4. Contributed to product development and future strategy planning initiatives.
