With nearly four decades at the pinnacle of luxury hospitality—including a distinguished career at Pebble Beach Resorts—I’ve led global sales strategies, major championships sales and world-class events with precision, creativity, and a deep commitment to excellence. Today, I’m channeling that experience into a new chapter as the founder of ITR Ventures, LLC, where I develop and publish the TR’s Big Adventure Van children’s book series—stories inspired by real journeys across North America that encourage curiosity, resilience, and a love of the outdoors. This venture blends my lifelong passion for travel, storytelling, and mentorship—bringing lessons from the road to young readers and families in an engaging, meaningful way. I continue to stay actively involved in advisory and leadership roles, including supporting Pebble Beach Company initiatives and serving on the Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Management Advisory Board at California State University Monterey Bay. I’m also proud to support community outreach through youth surf and water safety programs. At every stage—whether in the boardroom, on the trail, or in the pages of a story—I strive to bring leadership, creativity, and a spirit of adventure to everything I do.
