• Content Gap Analysis Researched and identified areas of content gap to develop a highly relevant list of content ideas to publish online. With the gap analysis pipelined, I was able to 5x the total keywords the website was organically ranking in just 5 months. • Tech SEO Worked with developers to implement SEO-friendly service pages, landing pages and blogs. Set-up automated crawls for the website to monitor any tech gaps that may happen with the constantly evolving website. • Backlinks & Off-page SEO Established relationships and engagements with several regional publishers to put out carefully curated content to help build the overall authority of the website. I was successful in taking the website DR from a score of 7 to 31 with these efforts. • Roadmap Setting Developed week-on-week roadmaps to prioritize key activities to drive the maximum impact in the shortest possible time. • KPI Setting and Reporting Set up quarterly and monthly targets to highlight performance milestones to the CEO and wider management.
