Communications officer at DCU Access, where I focused on marketing, social media management, engaging with the community, reviewing comments, content abuse and spam. While also creating content for output on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
My role consisted of focusing on establishing content calendars, communicating with audience members and liaising with other departments within the university. While in this role I demonstrated business judgement and structured monthly analyses and roadmaps to best benefit the Access service within the university while expanding its online reach with a particular focus on attracting new students and highlighting the access routes available for students.
