7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first “stand” in Rogers, AR and our 7 original coffees. Today, we’re cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks in different locations throughout the country. 7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand. It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. It’s contagious and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry. As a natural extension of our culture, we launched the Cultivate Kindness Foundation to put kindness into action wherever it’s needed most. We’re also expanding our impact through the 7 Brew Partners experience, focused on building inclusive teams where people of all abilities work side by side at our stands. MEET ANDY With a mind for leadership, a heart for service, and a passion for innovation, Andy Davenport has made a lasting impact in the world of disability leadership. Over the past 20 years in ministry and leadership with Young Life, he has served teenagers and young adults of all abilities, launching transformative programs and inspiring systemic change. As the creator of the Young Life Leadership Experience, Andy developed an 8-month leadership program for young adults with disabilities aimed at reshaping the face of leadership. His creative approach, resilience, and willingness to learn from failure have fueled his ability to launch impactful initiatives globally. Andy is the founder of Crispy King, a purpose-driven business committed to lowering the disability unemployment rate through integrated hiring and joyful entrepreneurship. Grounded in his faith and guided by compassion, Andy leads with both a strategic mind and a servant’s heart—helping others discover purpose, belonging, and opportunity. Andy draws on his experience, passion, and purpose to lead the Cultivate Kindness Foundation and bring the 7 Brew Partners experience to life—guided by a commitment to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly.
