Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead the People & Business Transformation agenda, managing Human Resources, Project Management Office (PMO), and Process Management functions through an integrated transformation approach. I am responsible for designing and developing organizational structure, role definitions, and title and grading architecture, as well as aligning talent, leadership development, and employee experience strategies with business objectives. I establish and govern PMO frameworks, project portfolio and prioritization models, standardize project intake, tracking, and reporting processes, and simplify end-to-end business processes by defining clear process ownership and performance metrics.
