I took responsibility for various production lines, including: • Color Line – Liquid and powder natural color production • Concentrate Lines – Fruit and vegetables juice concentrate production • Aquafaba Line – A new product line • Tea Extract Line – Industrialization of a new R&D project Key Responsibilities: -Ensure production processes meet efficiency, yield, capacity, and quality standards while maintaining zero defects (no time loss, reprocessing, or excess consumption). -Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to commission new products and production lines. -Participate in equipment improvement projects and contribute to capital investments. -Maintain machinery availability, support planned maintenance activities, and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns. -Ensure full compliance with occupational safety procedures, create a safe working environment, and minimize potential risks.
