A Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (04.2016-...) New Ship Building -Being responsible for reporting of occupational accidents by root cause analysis and collecting the accident data -Creating accident statistics monthly and annual. Ship-repair -Being responsible for maintenance of Tersan Shipyard HSE Procedure (Work Permits (Hot, Cold, Routine works etc), Daily based safety evaluation meetings, Board meetings with the management and the subcontractors, Risk Assessments and Emergency Plans) -Conducting ship repairing process safely from beginning to the end -Coordinating and operating the work permit system properly, -Keeping the safety team at a high level of attention with regular drills and safety trainings -Ensuring to be ready for intervention in case of any emergency situation with occupational safety equipment inventory control.
Performing as HSE Specialist in many workplaces and evaluating the worker’s risk of injuries or diseases, providing the requirements to establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment which will facilitate optimal physical and mental health in relation to work. -Preparing, storing, and testing patient samples -Conducting biochemistry (LDL, HDL, ALT, AST, GGT etc.) and hormone tests, analysis and monitoring of microbial cultures -Maintaining calibration and daily-monthly control tests of laboratory devices -Working directly with clinicians to provide clear information about test results.
