Mechanical engineer, my training and my experiences in mechanical engineering is the meeting of several fields of expertise and its multidisciplinary nature has allowed me to acquire a mixture of varied skills both technical (mechanical engineering, mechanical design, industrial maintenance and automation) and managerial (project management, management tools) essential to become an operational mechanical engineer and manage various technical projects with a certain perspective and functional visibility. Qualified with more than 5 years of experience in the management of maintenance operations in various sectors and strategic planning, team coordination and implementation of preventive maintenance practices. Recognized for my ability to improve operational efficiency and increase equipment uptime.
• Develop in collaboration with the technical director the phases and maintenance ranges of utility equipment. • Responsible for the use of the CMMS and writes the intervention technical sheets (machine history sheet). • Responsible for the maintenance of utility equipment (power plant, water treatment plants, and refrigeration equipment). • Ensure the execution of maintenance interventions with optimization of deadlines, quality. • Ensure that maintenance plans are updated. • Work on energy and service projects. • Optimize the PM sequences. • Responsible for the maintenance of electromechanical and automatic equipment.
• Support new installations, troubleshoot and carry out preventive, curative and crisis maintenance actions for all equipment represented by the company. • Perform electromechanical tests, preventive maintenance, commissioning, repair of automation equipment and systems etc. • Oversees and participates in the mechanical, electrical and commissioning installation of all automation systems. • Provide electromechanical expertise for various projects and installations. • Planning and execution of work on time and within allotted time. Train other field service representatives and customers on proper operation.
- Support and supervise subcontractors on site for maintenance activities performed by external firms. - Perform preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment. - Diagnose and repair technical problems. - Review and maintain knowledge of all corporate and local procedures relevant to engineering, quality assurance and project management. - Diagnose breakdowns and determine actions to correct the situation. - Strategic analysis of maintenance plans.
- Technical drafter of mechanical systems 2D, 3D used software SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, AUTODESK INVENTOR, AUTOCAD. - Produce technical drawings for our clients' fenestration projects. - Provide support to our representatives on our products, propose what is best according to structural needs. - Provide support to the control desk.
