I grew up in Móra d’Ebre, a small town in the south of Catalonia, where I discovered my passion for the technology. My interest in telecommunications and aeronautics increased as I learned more about them. This took me to Barcelona, where I studied the Telecommunications Engineering Degree which made me realize my passion for research. Graduated in 2017, I decided to continue learning and I enrolled the Telecommunications Engineering Master with the aim of studying the double degree at ISAE-Supaero. The almost three years I spent in Toulouse, moreover from obtaining the Ingénieur ISAE-SUPAERO Diplôme (Aeronautical & Aerospace MSc), I had the opportunity to grow in a personal way and specially to learn from the intercultural environment that surrounded me. Now, I find myself in Valls (Tarragona, Catalonia) working as AUTOSAR Platform SW Team Leader at Lear Corporation. At the heart of the automotive industry, sustainability and transition to electric vehicles are two of the most challenging topics nowadays. This role has enhanced my leadership and project management skills, including budget oversight and handling customer change requests. Leading a diverse team has improved my cross-cultural collaboration abilities. Additionally, my technical expertise in software design, coding, and testing has strengthened, ensuring high-quality software solutions. Overall, this experience has prepared me to tackle the evolving challenges of the automotive industry. In my free time I enjoy playing drums and saxophone, the music has been part of my life since I was a child. Probably, since both involve group work, sport has also been one of my passions. As Software Team Lead in the AUTOSAR Platform SW department, I guide a team of Software Engineers, driving the project development solutions together with other departments’ leads and with close contact to the program manager and customer.
