The project involves an investment management firm built on a global multi-manager investment platform, designed to support the unique needs of hedge funds across all sizes and strategies. - As a manual, I worked with JIRA, Test Rail, Postman, SQL, Kafka, Docker and other tools to increase project quality and ensure an excellent end-user experience. PROJECT: IVR - Test professional for an American wireless network operator - IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) project using VXML (Voice XML) with Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP). - Developed test cases for CVP testing. - Implementation of aggressive release schedules. - Strong end-to-end testing expertise surrounding defect resolution. - Supported implementation of upgrades providing 24/7 support. - Supervised team members to ensure deliverables remained on track. - Interpret complex Visio documents to follow logic flow. - Created and executed test scripts. - Reviewed test data. - Partnered with Developers and Business Analysts to review and support the system design. - Worked with API’s. - Used web-based tools and execution logs to verify results accuracy Accessed information using SQL queries. - I built a Java application to look into the requirements (Microsoft Visio) and extract different reports like Project Number shown on the page for the current release, existing and new APIs, internal values being setup in the flows (requirements), etc. This solution helped Testing and Development team by reducing the review time of the requirements.
