I’m an experienced tourism and customer service professional with over 10 years in the industry. I’ve lived in Bilbao, Catalonia, London, and now Tenerife, which has fueled my love for travel and connecting with people. I started out as a PR in Salou and a cocktail bartender in London, where I learned the true meaning of customer service. Later, I became the owner of a dive center, MedanoDive, which I successfully managed for six years. Seeking new challenges, I sold my share in MedanoDive and launched my second startup, My Little Camper Tenerife, inspired by my passion for travel and nature. After two years of hard work, it became one of the top campervan rental businesses on the island. Currently, I’m preparing for the next step in my career. I recently completed two master’s degrees an MBA and a Master in Project Management and I’ve just earned my Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification. I’m continuing to grow professionally and plan to pursue further training in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. My goal is to transition into a remote role in Project Management or as a Scrum Master, where I can bring together my experience in entrepreneurship, team leadership, finance, marketing, and process optimization to create real value.
As CEO of My Little Camper Tenerife, I oversee every aspect of the business to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable experiences for our guests. From leading key initiatives to managing bookings, customer care, and financial management (including accounting, expense control, and cash flow monitoring), I’m fully involved in daily operations. I also serve as community manager, engaging with our vibrant Instagram audience and sharing fun, inspiring content. We're proud to host Erasmus+ interns in areas such as administration, finance, marketing, and project management. We apply an Agile methodology, holding weekly Monday meetings to review progress, plan the upcoming week, and define new SMART goals. This approach fosters alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. One of our standout initiatives was a 3-month project with a team of Erasmus+ interns, where I led as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, applying the Scrum framework from start to finish. 🔹 Key Achievements: Improved the company website and launched a blog with travel itineraries, legal info, local insights, and recreational areas. Automated essential business processes including check-in/out, rental contracts, user guides, and cleaning instructions. Focused on optimizing internal operations and delivering a seamless customer journey. 🔹 Scrum in Practice: Conducted an initial brainstorming session to gather ideas and build the Product Backlog. Facilitated weekly sprints with structured Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. This hands-on experience allowed the interns to gain real-world Agile experience while contributing meaningful improvements to the company.
Entering a company that has seen so many managerial turnovers is not an easy task. First, I conducted a thorough analysis of various areas, including accounting, marketing, and social media, product pricing, and collaboration contracts with other entities. Based on this analysis, I undertook the following tasks: - Creation of a new, more comprehensive, and better organized Excel spreadsheet. - Examination of monthly fixed expenses. - Development of an Excel sheet for cash flow management. - Analysis of competitors' pricing and adjustment of our pricing strategy. - Design of new promotional flyers and posters using Canva. - Negotiation and establishment of collaboration agreements with the hotel where our business is located. - Negotiation and establishment of collaboration agreements with one of the local excursion shops. - Implementation plan for activities in the hotel's pool with the intention of promoting our snorkeling and diving excursions to the hotel guests. - Hiring of a new employee (as there were no other staff members). In addition to all these responsibilities, I continue to perform typical managerial duties, such as: - Responding to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages, and Google inquiries. - Managing the calendar and reservations. Handling accounting and financial management. - Processing payments and maintaining customer records. I also continue to fulfill my role as a diving instructor.

Hospitality Professional Various Locations, London, UK 2012 - 2015 In 2012, I moved to London with no prior experience in hospitality and only basic English skills. This experience transformed my life. It was incredibly challenging at first—without the language skills to communicate effectively or the experience to work in restaurants or shops, I started in entry-level roles and gradually improved my English while gaining experience. Through dedication and persistence, I progressed in both language proficiency and professional roles, ultimately securing a position in 2015 at Harrisons Cocktail Bar in Balham, a high-end neighborhood in London. This role was a testament to my hard work and determination to learn and adapt. Harrisons was a prestigious cocktail bar and restaurant in the area, offering excellent working conditions and a rewarding environment. This journey not only honed my skills in customer service and adaptability but also instilled a strong work ethic and resilience in overcoming new challenges.
