As Head of Engineering at 011h, I lead and actively contribute to the design and delivery of a scalable digital platform transforming the construction industry. I work hands-on with three cross-functional engineering teams, combining people leadership with direct involvement in architecture, technical decision-making, and execution. Our mission is to build an end-to-end construction platform supporting the full lifecycle of a building project—from early feasibility and design to execution and post-sales operations. My role focuses on turning complex, traditionally manual workflows into reliable, scalable digital systems with strong traceability across disciplines. Where it adds real value, I help teams apply data and AI capabilities to product features, improving automation, insight, and decision-making while keeping a strong focus on robustness, cost, and maintainability. I am closely involved in shaping technical approaches that move beyond experimentation and deliver measurable outcomes in production. In parallel, I place strong emphasis on developer productivity and platform engineering: improving internal tooling, defining standards, and reducing friction across the development lifecycle. I stay close to the code and technical discussions to ensure pragmatic trade-offs between delivery speed, quality, and long-term scalability. As Engineering Manager at ManoMano, my core mission is to lead high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams while cultivating a strong culture of technical excellence and innovation.
