Spain
As a cybersecurity researcher, I thrive on the challenge of solving complex security puzzles and have a passion for developing innovative security tools and exploring low-level topics. Inspired by the mantra, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough,” I integrate this philosophy into my work and studies to ensure clarity and precision. I bring a wealth of experience in offensive security, specializing in operating systems and web security. My proficiency in code review allows me to identify vulnerabilities efficiently and fortify defenses. Currently, my research delves into cutting-edge areas such as malware analysis, macOS internals, and eBPF technologies. Competing with Spain's top teams in Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges, I take pride in being a part of "Jinchomaniacos”, winners of the National Cyber League.
Diving deep into applications and vulnerabilities
I lead internal red team exercises and manual penetration tests to enhance our product and infrastructure security. By integrating Software Composition Analysis and Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing using tools like SonarQube and CodeQL into our DevOps pipelines, I ensure robust security measures are in place. I design Runtime Threat Detection strategies and develop custom detections, bolstering our defensive capabilities. Additionally, I conduct security training through engaging Capture the Flag (CTF) exercises. My focus on container runtime security ensures our cloud-native applications remain secure at all levels. I am committed to proactively addressing security threats and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
