Working with a Canadian client - Leaders in CRE industry. I'm currently responsible for: 1. Understanding the product vision (short term & long term) by talking to the TPMs (Technical Product Managers) /BAs (Business Analysts). 2. Adhere to the UX Design process efficiently by participating in different stages right from Discovering the requirement to visual design deliverables and prototype. 3. Maintain accurate UX documentation at each stage for reference of team/ TPMs. 4. Owning design decisions on the UX deliverables and collaborating with TPMs/BAs/Development team to ensure smooth experience is implemented as expected. 5. Keep myself updated with the latest design trends in the industry. With my BAU work, I am effectively contributing in company events like: (Valuelabs - UXG group) 1. Been on the Design India Conference (DIC - Design event hosted by ValueLabs) panel to judge and shortlist entries for Designathon 2021. 2. Helped the company in hiring right talent by taking interviews and also helped shortlist candidates for the 'Apprentice Program' 3. Contributed to the Design India Conference (DIC) by leading a team of 'Attendee Takeaway Experience' and contributed ideas to various other teams.
