As a Talent Acquisition Intern, I gained hands-on experience in identifying and attracting top talent to join a dynamic organization. My responsibilities included conducting 1-to-1 calls with potential candidates to explore their interest in job opportunities, scanning and reviewing CVs to identify suitable candidates for open roles, and maintaining regular contact with interested candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process. I successfully met daily targets and managed my time effectively to ensure efficient delivery of tasks, honing my time management skills. I also developed strong communication skills, effectively engaging with candidates and high authorities through clear and concise communication.
It was a 2 months internship and starting date was 16 august . In this internship i get to know much about the corporate sector also learned a lot of new skills like how to do time management , how to handle interns and employees , how to select right person for right role. It was a great experience for me ✨
