Request the consultancy to provide the necessary documents ( Vendor Registration Form & Invoice ) 2. Create Purchase Order, Bill Entry & Requisition from Tally ERP. Get the Signatures of all Parties involved and the submit in Accounts 3. Regularly communicate with the accounts department to ensure timely processing of payments and address any issues or delays. ➢ Utilizing job portals and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and shortlisting suitable candidates for further evaluation. ➢ Negotiation to Buy Job Portals ➢ Coordinating and scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to Hiring Managers. ➢ Team leading & Follow up with interns regarding job postings and interviews. ➢ Coordinating with Managers ➢ Checking attendance on a day-to-day basis. ➢ Follow up with Receptionist about Attendance
➢ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally through ticketing systems. ➢ Prepare and submit daily reports detailing customer interactions, ticket status updates, and other relevant data. ➢ Track and monitor the attendance of delivery associates. ➢ Coordinate with delivery associates to manage the replacement of damaged products or to fulfil delivery requests. ➢ When a customer is unavailable, conduct thorough checks of the delivered items against the entire order. Utilize scanning and verification techniques to ensure correct and complete product delivery. ➢ If discrepancies are identified, consult CCTV footage to investigate the matter and take appropriate action. ➢ Assisting shopkeepers during festive seasons by helping them fulfill their orders.
