Being a part of operations team I'm responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and improving an organization's daily business operations and workflows to drive efficiency, productivity, and align with company goals. Key duties include coordinating resources and cross-functional teams, managing budgets and vendor relationships, monitoring operational data and performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives. Analyse benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness, utilization trends, and cost efficiency. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of benefits services. Supported end-to-end preboarding activities for new hires, internal transfers, and other onboarding-related cases. Processed and updated employee and candidate data in HR systems.
Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission and help them resolve the issue by taking remote access of their system, addressing them through mail trails. Assisting partners with booking meetings.
