About

With over 12+ years of working in software, I have been part of some incredible companies in fintech, health and banking. In this journey I have played roles from being an engineer to technical team lead, to managing multiple teams of software engineers. My last 10 years have been focussed on fintech and I am really proud of building tools and services to help people take control of their finances and achieve their financial dreams. In my experience I have built: - Platform services and frameworks for data retrieval, targeting, rendering and tracking to enable product teams build, launch and iterate over their products with high velocity and efficiency. - High volume and super fast credit data pipelines to allow verticals launch products to help users make financial progress. - Next generation notifications platform to drive user engagement. In this journey, I got the opportunity to collaborate with amazing engineers, mentors, technical experts and highly effective teams - which became a guiding force for me to switch from being an IC to an engineering manager. Finding the balance between people, process and technology, creating high output teams, bringing in operational excellence for critical services, cross org collaboration to align on one goal and helping people grow in their career is now my passion.
