Supervise R&D and Regulatory Teams (5 people total) active in sector of disinfection (biocides and medical devices) and cosmetic: product development (new formulations, optimization existing products, new formats, new variants, etc...); product registration (biocides - in compliance with BPR), product certification (medical devices - in compliance with MDR), SDS creation, technical file creation/update.
Innospec took over Huntsman business, so same position as previous one but with an increased product portfolio expending the expertise in personal care ingredients (surfactant & other) and related applications (formulations work, performance dossier, benchmark analysis, etc....). Team & project management, customer visits & customer specific projects, active participation to fair and events, multiple lectures, internal (sales) and external (distributor) trainings, support to business and marketing teams, etc...
Addition of responsibilities (supervision of Home Care small technical team on top of personal care team).
Management of a small team of technicians. Development of new products, new applications and new application data. Project management. Support to internal teams. Customer visits and active participation to fair and events.
Technical and market expertise in phosphonates and I&I market. Support to internal Teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales, etc...) and external customers for development of sales of our products in I&I as well as new applications. Customer visits. Multiple participations to fairs and events. Multiple lectures.
