As the General Manager for KFC France & Luxembourg, I oversee a thriving business nearing $1 billion in sales, with more than 400 restaurants and a network of 55 franchise partners. We are proud to be the third-largest QSR chain in France, driven by a dedicated team committed to exceptional growth, guided by the values of SMART, HEART, and COURAGE. We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation, shifting from "Fast Food" to "Fast Good" and elevating every aspect of our business—from innovation and digital strategy to operations, construction, and design. With 90 new restaurants opened in the past three years, we are setting new benchmarks in development and continuously strengthening our brand. While in France for more than 30 years, we have more than doubled our revenue since 2017. Before joining KFC, I gained invaluable experience with industry leaders like P&G, Kraft Heinz, and Amazon. These roles taught me the importance of always keeping the customer at the heart of every decision. I am passionate about driving brand turnarounds and thrive in challenging environments where teams can make a tangible impact while staying true to their authentic selves.
Innovative recruitment platform through co-optation
In a highly competitive and dynamic environment: * Accountable for the Marketplace P&L on Home and Leisure categories (Home Improvement, Kitchen, Furniture, Toys, Lawn & Garden, Sport) * Drive new selling partners recruitement, including strategic French companies * Develop lead sourcing strategies and recruiting techniques * Define relevant selection goals for the Marketplace and drive initiatives to achieve these targets * Drive recommendations for the yearly referral fee changes, for Europe * Responsible for the recruitement and engagement of the Marketplace team (> 75 people) * Direct Management of 12 people, in Sales (Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Managers) and Project Management
* Deliver agressive topline and bottom line targets (300 M€ turnover, double digit Ebitda growth during two consecutive years, share leadership over Unilever in Q4 2017) * Redefine Benedicta and Orlando Equity to win in local markets, Design and activate their holistic campaigns * Define the 5 year plan in terms of brands innovation on Heinz, Benedicta, Orlando and Weight Watchers (Frozen) * Expand into new categories: pasta sauces, mustard and snacking * Lead Category Management and Revenue Growth Management plans * Direct Management of 13 people accros France and Spain * Comex member
