Previously a lawyer in the EY UK Data Protection Law team based in London, advising clients on data protection compliance and implementation matters with a focus on clients in the financial services sector, and a financial services lawyer in EY Australia’s Financial Services Law team, where I gained extensive experience advising clients across the financial services sector including in relation to wealth and asset management and funds, financial regulation, new products and licensing, risk and compliance, superannuation, and privacy and data protection, assisting a then to navigate the significant and complex regulatory change and disruption in the financial services industry.
