Working with the Wayfair EU executives; leading the development and execution of talent strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent (partnership on recruiting strategy, leadership development, succession planning). Optimizing organizational design to increase speed to value and reduce latency. Identifying skill and leadership gaps within the organization and implementing initiatives to address these gaps. Making data-driven decisions that have a positive impact on efficiency and revenue/cost. Working with HR and key stakeholders to develop long term plans for performance management, compensation and development processes for employees. Providing strategic business partnership and coaching to senior leaders.
Initiated and lead strategic talent projects. Responsible for the constant further development of Zalando´s career infrastructure: composition of job families, capability framework/performance models, career paths. Working with multidisciplinary teams, especially for tech-based solutions (UX/UI designers, software developers, product managers).
Designed and implemented talent measures in the context of external talent acquisition and internal people development. Responsible for the further development of talent assessment approaches and standards. Lead team of 2 FTE.

Executed international recruitment for all levels of hierarchy, applying a psychological testing procedure (e.g. for global credit card provider; Federal Office of Administration).
