Assisted Senior Designer on sketching and developing ideas. Oversaw pattern replication and sampling, including overseeing workflow, quality and timeliness of patterns and samples. Attended all first fittings and collaborate with Senior Designer and patternmakers on fit corrections. Coordinated all sample materials, including fabric, trim and send outs. Coordinated preparation for merchandising meetings, style outs, and presentations, including sample racks, line sheets, presentation boards, and any other necessary presentation materials. Oversaw setup and finalization of PDM folders for all styles in development. Oversaw release of patterns, costing samples and design cards to production, with adherence to deadlines, accuracy and quality. Oversaw release to Product Development for duplication.
