I am a proactive, highly motivated and results-oriented Air Product Manager with over 12 years of experience in the logistics industry. Focusing on increasing Air Product volume and GP in collaboration with the Sales Department (deep dive of pain points, opportunities, recommended solutions and pipeline performance strategies). Also maintaining key responsibilities such as team management (up to four people), close relationship with Inside Sales team (up to four people) for import quotations, monitoring KPIs focused on operational excellence and hit rate (export and import quotations), meanwhile, operational support during vacations, problem solving and 24/7 for critical shipments. Strong collaboration with Regional and Global teams to drive operational development and align objectives to meet budget goals. Relationship management with airlines, trucking companies and various offices worldwide to negotiate BIDs, complex quotations, capacity and service levels. Involved in quality audits (new and existing local supplier partnerships) with Quality team to support OEA Certification.
Managed a team of eight people (two in pricing team, four in operations, two in back-office team). This included development reviews and check-in’s to ensure that our goals were achieved during fiscal year. Led the team and supported them to deliver superior customer service beyond expectations, but also monitored critical shipments 24/7, negotiated BIDs and most complex quotations. Main Achievement: selected for the Talent in Action Regional Program – Leaders Workshop in New Jersey, 2023 (youngest employee selected)

Managed the company's most profitable client in the automotive sector and focused on prospecting new clients in the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare sector. Led the GDP implementation (Good Distribution Practice) in Brazil and was a Super User of the CRM system alongside the Regional team (ensured high quality information inputted by the sales department and generated results in reports for management and directors).
