After a 31-year hiatus, I am re-entering the workforce with a wealth of experience and accomplishments to my name. From 1989 to 2020, I embarked on an enriching journey that took me to both Europe and North America, where I embraced diverse cultures and became fluent in three languages. Alongside my adventures, I also devoted myself to raising two successful children - a journalist and a future engineer - while providing unwavering support to my husband as he climbed the ranks to become a Senior Executive Vice President at Canada's largest software company. Additionally, I dutifully cared for my aging parents, and I am proud to say that it has all been incredibly fulfilling. As I look ahead to the next chapter of my life, I am eager to reintegrate into the workforce in a Business Development role, where I can leverage the invaluable skills, I have honed over the years. My strengths include empathy, caring, active listening, building meaningful relationships, keen business acumen, and adept negotiating skills. I am confident that my diverse experiences and abilities will enable me to make a meaningful contribution and excel in this new endeavor.
