    Worked for one of the biggest dev shops in web3. My work as researcher required to go deep and wide in different topics, both for the company to strategize where to go next but also to identify and solve the needs of our clients. I did research on Ethereum consensus (specifically light clients for bridge applications), also worked with Balancer, Gitcoin and many more.

    The Token Engineering Commons supports engineering organizations, tooling and education in the space of cryptoeconomic systems. I usually define it as the IEEE of web3. - As the Grants Lead I created the TEC Grants Program, coordinated and executed 3 Quadratic Funding Rounds using Gitcoin. - As a Project Manager, I scope and manage projects involving members from multiple working groups and external organizations. - Identified opportunities for TEC involvement and connected resources from multiple projects. - Improved, analyzed and established new policies and tools that enhanced the organization’s processes and workflow between working groups. Saving +$3,500/month. - Supported teams during the planning, coordination and execution of their proposals, focusing on transparency and alignment with the goals of the TEC. - Leading efforts with Gitcoin to start a Featured Round under their new Grants Round structure.
