About

Making recruitment feel less like a process and more like possibility. I spend my days helping students across Asia Pacific take that first step into careers they might not have imagined for themselves. As Regional Lead for University Relations at JPMorganChase, I work closely with universities, student communities, and internal teams to build pathways into the firm — from campus events and social campaigns to flagship diversity programs. At the heart of it, my focus is simple: making opportunities feel more accessible, more relatable, and more real. Before this, I led university recruitment at Yale-NUS College, where I saw firsthand how much potential exists and how important it is to create the right bridges between education and industry, especially for women and underrepresented talent. What keeps me going are the small but meaningful moments; the student who starts off unsure at a career fair, and months later shows up as a confident intern, ready to take on the world. If you’re passionate about early careers, APAC talent, or opening more doors for the next generation, I’d love to connect.
