I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s diploma in Sociology and during my university years I was explicitly formed in statistics and data analysis, developing my research skills and abilities. I am interested in a wide range of collaborations involving various research projects in the social field, social economy, social enterprise, impact evaluation of programs and projects, the NGO sector or related topics. From 2013 until September 2019 I was enrolled as an in-house researcher at the Civil Society Development Foundation (www.fdsc.ro), being involved in most of the research projects, gaining consistent experience in different research processes and methodologies, using qualitative and quantitative methods. I was involved in the creation of the last edition of the Atlas of Social Economy Romania 2014 and of the research report Romania 2017. The non-governmental sector - profile, trends, challenges (2017), being in charge of processing large data sets regarding Romanian associations, foundations, cooperatives and credit unions for the years 2011-2015, working in collaboration with the National Statistics Institute. The international dimension of my experience was acquired during 2012-2017, working as a researcher in two extensive European projects (European Coop Campus (https://www.coopcampus.eu/) and New Crops (http://www.ies.org.ro/new-crops-en)) implemented by the CSDF (as the Social Economy Institute - www.ies.org.ro) in partnership with federations, associations and other types of resource centers for social economy in Italy, Spain, Sweden, UK, Germany, Greece and France, aimed to empower and strengthen the knowledge available to and about the social economy sector in participating countries.
