As a transformation psychologist, I work on societal and technological transformation which is need-based and resource-widening in order to change by design, not by disaster. Elevate is an annual interdisciplinary festival held in various venues in Graz, Austria, with a strong focus on cultural and socio-political topics. The interdisciplinary program offers workshops, film screenings, lectures, and discussions, in addition to performances, concerts, installations, and DJ sets.
