Develop the strategic marketing planning for LED lighting. Lead a multi-functional team including the new product development team in order to deliver a new solutions/products roadmap and portfolio for the coming 10 years of silicone based technologies targeting applications in the LED lighting industry (LED lamps, LED luminaries, LED modules and components across the value chain such as optics and Thermal Interface materials). Develop appropriate business model to include top 30 lighting companies and key stake holders in the LED lighting industry such as designers, industry associations and standardisation committees. Develop the partnership network to support the business growth and value creation. Educate the market with marcom strategic tools to understand Silicone technology and its benefits and help the industry to understand the link of novel chemical material with emerging LED lighting applications.
