Supervise and control daily airport cargo operations including acceptance, build-up, break-down, loading, and unloading of aircraft cargo. Ensure full compliance with IATA, ICAO, airline, airport authority, and GACA/CAA regulations. Monitor adherence to safety, security, and dangerous goods handling procedures. Coordinate closely with airline operations, ground handling agents, customs, and warehouse teams. Plan manpower, shifts, and equipment to meet flight schedules and operational demands. Ensure accuracy of cargo documentation, AWBs, manifests, and system entries. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-job training for cargo staff. Control and report cargo irregularities, delays, damages, or incidents. Ensure proper use, inspection, and serviceability of GSE and cargo handling equipment. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, security, and operational discipline in cargo areas. Enforce company policies and issue corrective actions or disciplinary measures when required.
Supervision of airport cargo operations and staff management, Preparing flight manifest and other documents related to pre-flight/post-flight departure. Co-ordination with ground handling agents, traffic and security staff to ensure smooth movements of cargo.Ramp supervision & co-ordination for Saudia cargo freighter flights 747-200, 747-400/ Boeing 777. Compliance with safety, security, and dangerous goods handling procedures Cargo documentation, AWB verification, and operational reporting Shift planning, manpower allocation, and equipment management Incident reporting, and operational improvement. DG Acceptance & preparing the checklist as per the updated DGR, Handling all the cargo process of Saudia cargo & Ethihad cargo.
