Review and comparison of tender drawings vs issued for construction (IFC) drawings and project specifications for identification of possible changes. Responsible for the preparation and submission of interim payment application (IPA) every month with all substantiate documents. Raising notices to client for issuing EI’s for all the MEP related changes with proper budgetary estimates for cost & time impact on the project. Responsible for identifying any change which results in cost & time impact based on contract IFC drawings, issued engineering instruction, and design changes. Responsible for the preparation of variation due to change in the contract documents based on Engineer Instruction (EI) & IFC drawings. Responsible for the preparation of various logs & registers and cost value reconciliation (CVR) reports. Review of subcontractor’s monthly payment application, variation request, and issuing contractor instruction to subcontractors.
